Hello, my dear reader. Before you start to read this book, I would like to tell you how this book was born. In 1996 I became the partner of the company, which spread health production. I remember as now that after contract’s signing, sponsor told me about the list of acquaintances. My first list included 74 surnames. Those were all my relatives and acquaintances, I told them about the company, its production, possibilities - I’ve got a lot of refusals and I’ve understood that there were no more people to cooperate with me. The sponsor answered on my problem, he took me to the park to walk, we set down on the brunch in a busy place and he asked me: “Look, there are a lot of people around us, and there are a lot of other ones! Go and offer!” My sponsor was a military in the past, and that time I’ve just returned from the army. That’s why, next day, as a drilled and obedient man, I took at home everything: production, literature about the company and production and went to the street. About a half of an hour I was looking forward, organizing my thoughts, was thinking how to start, and then I turned around, chose the first person whom I saw and resolutely came to him. From all appearances my view was too resolute, because as soon as that man saw me as soon he went away. Then I chose another man – but he also ran from me. It was going on all day, and I didn`t communicate with anybody. So long as I am a serious man, next day I went to the street again. Sometimes I met women of age; they listened to me out of a maternal pity, but then explained me at once that they don’t need the production, that it is costly or it’s not interesting. It was going on during two and a half months, and I started to loose my faith in success. But luckily leaders from Moscow came to our town; they were on the conference and communicated with netters from Europe. Exactly from these leaders I inquired about the social questioning. Several consultants and I wrote the questionnaire and we started to work. This time we didn’t take a ton of literature. Our “operating tools” were a booklet and a folder with a questionnaire. People reacted positively on the social questioning, they agreed with pleasure to speak, answer questions, they gave their telephone numbers, agreed to come on meeting. And only that time appeared clients, customers, buyers. The work was in full swing. But the first my experience was far from positive. I found myself in different situations; I heard refusals, which were not in a good manner. That’s why to find new clients and partners for me was that thing, which I’ve got through the hard work and emotional experience. Now, inviting my partners for the social questioning or to work with leaflets, I try to make them ready as much as possible, because I want a comfort work with pleasure and good results. When I became a trainer of “The Valentine Kovalev’s infotainment Center” and made from the experience in the cold contact that I had lecture and training, I’ve got a lot of opinions with gratitude. It is interesting that people almost always ask the same questions. My desire to answer on all your questions helped to create this book.
