Sometimes happens, that some of the leaders move to another town, because of the wedding or changing work to a new one. In such situations we can be witnesses of unhappy events : our partner stops meeting new clients, his volume of selling is reduced. He even stops working with an existing group. In a word – his business is really going down. The reason of this - the lack of acquaintance in ne town. There are also another situations. The leader visits his friend, whom he hasn`t seen for a few months, in another town on wedding or anniversary and thinks:” When I come I will form new structure”. Thinking about that, he plans to stay there for a week or two in order to launch new leader group, and being there he doesn`t get encouragemen from the side of such a potential candidate. Disappointed leader goes home, failing a good opportunity : “ I was going to form such a great group for him, so much to do, but he didn`t appreciate! Okey then, he will regret that he refused! ”. If the leader would made another conclusion:” I will present my friend confirmation, that my offer still works and in his town. I will work for a bit at the cold market and when I get the first result , I will share it with my friend”. With such approach to the matter your friend most probably become your partner. And then you can let him into the business mysteries and go back home, giving him the right to control new clients. When you work out of your town you can face with the lack of acquaintances in a new town –there is no market, there is no future clients and partners. Cold contact help you to cope with this problem. Your working day and your list of of acquaintances became full. I was told the following story. A woman and her daughter came to the health resort, they had little money, everything was calculated. And they saw that their favourite singer was coming to the place, where they were having a rest. What to do? They wanted to go so much, but they hadn`t extra money. And the woman recalled Valentine Kovalev’s words, that if you have a desire you can find an opportunity. She went to local office of her company, took the examples of her production, came into the office where she could print leaflets and began working with the following scheme. In the morning she went to the beach, located, took the place, left her daughter by, threw her bag and went along the beach, dispensing the leaflets, where was printed, that everybody should smear skin with sun block after lying in the sun- it is very useful. She gave to try people, who was interested in. After this, she came back and proceeded sunbathing. After this, our heroine went to the Crimea every year, and if in the past she paid for the accommodation, then now she stays at her clients and partners. There is also another example. One family went to the sea-side, located and went to have sunbath. As a rule, women have more endurance than men, and they can lying in the sun much longer than men, having an even tan. So men in such situation can not be compared with women. And a husband, after lying in the sun for a while, went for a walk along the coastline. And he noticed an interesting thing: as on every beach there were a lot of tents with ice-cream, juice, water and so on. And when practically all people getting a tan, sellers are bored and they have nothing to do. Next day he took the catalogues, went to those tents and gave them to people, and then in the evening he took them back. During their rest they found several clients and also there were a few people, who got interested in the business of this company. And he deliberately planed to go in summer tour next year. He visited several towns in the Crimea and formed structures there. Cold contacts can easily cope with the lack of acquaintance in strange towns. Practice. The fifth day 1. Try to watch the people and you will see how often they ask someone who is nearby for the help or any sort of information. Make a note of three situations and people`s reaction when you asked them for the help. 2. Every day for three times take the initiative and ask people to help you or to give some information: to carry your bag in the transport when you take money from your purse to pay the fare; ask how many stops left before yours. Write down about your and people`s reaction.
