As a rule, a beginner, who came into netter business, knows little about company and its production. He is not sure, that people need this production and that its selling will help to realize promised possibilities. Also he doesn`t know if he attain a success in this company. A man can attain it when has confidence in himself, in company, in production.
The best way to acquire confidence – to communicate with people in the street. A few years ago a leader talked to me. A girl of the age of 19-20 came to her company. Her family is reach, her parents hold high posts, there is no financially problem. The girl was interested in production, in possibilities of the company, but work did`t move from dead point. Sponsor gave me the carte blanche and I had to do my best to help the student to get her first sellings.  It was very important of the point of strategy, because her success will be the basis on which she will make an offer to her parents.
I had a solid conversation with her and found out, that there was a problem in her relatives, they told her to quit and not to pull her and other people`s leg, go on studying and not to think about work, because her parents will take care of everything.
We were talking in a small quiet cafe and I gave her a task in exchange for dinner: she has to go outside with the questionnaire and ask people one question - what do they think about our production and company.  I was waiting for her for hour an a half, but when she returned I also was impressed  by how she had changed: she was happy, merry and  infused. She refused dinner and began telling about her first experience witn cjld contacts.
First she met people who had already used this production, who liked  and  complimented it. And they exchanged their impressions and methods of using it. 
NOTE(icon): when sponsor tells the beginner that their production is good, of course he believes him, but with certain doubt., because sponsor can say it as he is interested in the beginner. But when the beginner hears positive comments from strangers, only then he begins to understand that this production is really good and it appeals to people.
There was another man who was an operating distributor, who has being working for a long time and has a good  salary in the company. He said:” Well done!” You have been working for three months and have already worked with cold contacts. I  didn`t bring myself to do it for several years, but you did it without any hesitating. You did well and I believe that you attain a success!”
NOTE: This man ruined one more psychological barrier : When sponsor tells the beginner what to do as to go in the street  and distribute the leaflets, the beginner understands that it useful for the sponsor. But when some stranger in the street  compliments him for his work – it makes sense.
The twelfth or thirteenth person, whom she met was a woman who said:” it is so great that I met you!” As it turned out, her friend also worked in the company and told her about business and its possibilities, but this women was not interested in it, although she bought its production. It was comfortable for her, because her close friend bought her beloved production to her place, and they were drinking tea and talking about new products. It happened that her friend left and she lost all contacts with her, but she could not offer another production she used to Then she began to regret that she didn`t listened to her friend and sign the agreement in order to buy all production by herself. This women told my ward that she ran out of certain production.
They had a long conversation, got an appointment, talked about order, in two words, she was in business. When they finished, the girl remembered that she had to ask 30 people in the street and she managed to it in a blink of an eye.
After this she hit the mark to find at least half an hour a day to work with cold contacts. And what was important -  her acquaintances begat to take her offers in other way. Why? Because she had an inner  confidence that her production was excellent, useful and appealed to people. Exactly this belief helped her not to pay attention to distrustful and sceptic  people, she didn`t care what other people thought, because she knew that production was good. An then even very sceptic people began to listened to her, otherwise why she believed so much in this production.

Practice.The sixth day
1. In daily bustle try to watch the people ,who offer strangers their help or useful information, is nearby for the help or any sort of information. Make a note of three situations and people`s reaction, whom was offered help.
2. Every day for three times take the initiative and offer  people help and useful information.
Write down about your and people`s reaction.
